ANKR Advertising was founded by Selden Pickens with a simple but rare commitment: to function as a true growth partner inside your business — not just an agency running ads on the outside of it.

Since launching, ANKR has generated thousands of leads for business owners across real estate, automotive, and home services. We've managed ad budgets, built automation systems, produced creative, and delivered booked appointments directly onto client calendars.

Luke Tannourji

Creative Director

Most marketing agencies treat video as an afterthought. At ANKR, it's a weapon.

Luke Tanourji is ANKR's Creative Director and the force behind every piece of video content we produce. Trained at one of the top four film schools in the country, Luke brings a standard of production to client campaigns that goes far beyond what a typical ad agency delivers.

He understands both the art of filmmaking and the science of what makes people stop, watch, and act — and he builds every campaign's creative around that intersection.

Larson Wilberg

Head of Production

Larson Wilberg is the man behind the camera on every ANKR production.

As Head of Production, Larson is responsible for bringing campaigns to life on set — capturing the angles, the atmosphere, and the moments that make content impossible to scroll past. Trained at Chapman University's Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, one of the top film programs in the country, Larson combines formal production training with an instinct for what visually performs in a paid media environment.

From ground-level shots to aerial drone footage, Larson ensures every frame ANKR delivers is built to stop the scroll.
